Refund Policy


Labor

If, for any reason, our performance fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly remove any products installed and refund your money. Removal must accompany all refunds. A destination value is applied to all services which is non-refundable. All claims must be made within 7 days of installation and provide a legitimate reason for the refund. Only claims which prove poor performance or negligence on our part will be considered for a refund.

Not acceptable reasons for labor refund.

  • Product Failure - We will replace or repair the product in accordance with product warranties
  • Altered Installation - Should we find our installation was modified, or another item was installed that affected our installation your claim will be denied and charges may incur. Please tell us if anyone has worked on your vehicle in a similar capacity after our installation.
  • Actions beyond our control that may cause the installation to falter - abuse, neglect, car accident, etc.

Merchandise

Installedbyus.com offers high quality products that uphold the best value available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product we recommend, you are entitled to a refund, exchange and/or upgrade of that product.

  • Exchange - For the first 30 days from the installation or purchase date, we will gladly exchange your product for the same should it fail to perform as designed by the manufacture.
  • Upgrade - For any reason, you can request to upgrade to another item at price difference and any applicable fees
  • Refund - You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, less non-refundable items.

Special Request Merchandise

Special request merchandise does not qualify for refunds. Sometimes customers request brands or models where we don't share their confidence or value. By requesting these items, customer agrees to accept liability of satisfaction onto themself and hold harmless installedbyus.com against any claims of refund. Regular warranties still apply.
