Appointment Deposits

Most of our customers are responsible and honest. In order to deter the rest, we implement these rules.

It takes a great deal of effort on our part to provide our customers with the convenience of our exclusive mobile service. We urge you to please make every effort to hold your appointment or provide us with at least 1 day notice to re-schedule.

We are a small company and each appointment affects our entire schedule. In an effort to promote efficiency and offer great savings to all our customers we require a non-refundable deposit of $50. An appointment can be changed for a later date of up to 14 days without the loss of your deposit. We allow only for 2 changes in scheduling with proper notice under the same deposit.

Are deposits really necessary?

Yes. The difficult economy has created issues that cost us money. To eliminate this unnecessary expense, we must request a deposit. Please do not take offense as we regret having to implement this change.

My car was in an accident or stolen before the appointment

Provide us with a copy of the police report and your deposit will be refunded.

I really want the products I ordered but had last minute expenses

If your appointment was strictly labor, we may extend it for up to 30 days. Merchandise ordered appointments hold the 14 day rule. While some common items we order and stock regularly, others are not so common and we must send them back. The deposit covers shipping and other related costs. We regretfully must hold your deposit.

Think Twice Order Once

The service we offer is a luxury. While we want your business, we do not want you to buy from us with your rent money. Please exercise sensible economics when making a purchase. When you are ready, we will be here for you. We sincerely want your patronage but under a stress-free transaction.
